01Eligibility

02Service Description
Drimio is a dream journaling and AI-powered interpretation app designed for reflection and self-exploration.
03AI Interpretation Disclaimer
Dream interpretations are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your personal situation.
Drimio is not responsible for the accuracy of interpretations or for decisions made based on those interpretations.
Drimio does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.
04User Content
You own the content you submit (including dreams, responses, and profile details). You grant Drimio a limited license to store and process this content to provide app features. Content use for research or model improvement is enabled only when you explicitly opt in via the in-app research consent setting.
05Subscriptions
- Paid plans may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies.
06Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or use Drimio for unlawful activities.
07Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Drimio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.
08Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Drimio after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
